Project Team Leadership

(1 training day)

How to motivate members of a project team

  • What are the basic principles of motivation.
  • How to work with stimulation x motivation in relation to the task.
  • How well can I work with team member attitudes and abilities.
  • Key skills to be practised: analysis of my motivation and the features and aspects of motivation I can use in my team.

How to build collaboration in a project team

  • How successful are we in making team commitments?
  • How do I argue my points and discuss things convincingly.
  • Principles of facilitation and rules for conducting a discussion.
  • How to pick the right solution.
  • Key skills to be practised: building your argument, conducting discussions and making commitments.

  • Exclusive access to the learning management system (LMS) run by DIGISKILLS.CZInteractive training – presentation/instruction, individual and teamwork and guided discussion. The on-site practice of key techniques on selected case studies. Workshop-related fine-tuned materials for personal note-taking. Model solutions to case studies presented. Internationally accredited for certification and re-certification according to IPMA® and PMI®.
Inspired by principles of PRINCE2® methodology. Participants receive a certificate validating the completion of 15 hours in training (PDUs).  Suitable for IPMA® Certified Agile Leader/ IPMA® Certified Agile Associate/IPMA® Level  C, B, A certification and recertification. The workshop is also designed as a practical preparation course for selected topics of PMI® certification and re-certification.
